CArte, the widespread Museum of Paper and Printing has joined ART NIGHT 2023, the 11th edition of the night of Art, one of the most awaited events in the city.

Within the programming that sees the participation of many cultural realities of the city, cArte extraordinarily opens the doors of two of its laboratories, with demonstrations and guided tours.
From 8pm to 10pm Elisabetta Casaburi, Master Artisan recognized by the Veneto Region, welcomes us to Carteria ai Frari (Calle Larga Prima, 2954, 30125 Venice), her workshop. Here she gives a demonstration on the Origami technique of paper folding: starting from the three basic folds, the paper acquires three-dimensionality, flexibility so as to allow you to create anything your imagination suggests.
On the island of Giudecca, inside the fascinating cloister of SS Cosma e Damiano, from 6 to 8 pm Monica Martin, a multifaceted artist, accompanies us on a journey to discover the Itaca Art Studio (Calle Cosmo 620 – Giudecca – Palanca stop), the his art studio. Here, during Monica’s stories, you can admire her works of her production ranging from painting, to graphics, to ceramics. A fascinating journey in a fascinating environment full of history. An opportunity to discover an extraordinary and exclusive place in the lagoon city.
